Maintenance and repair isn't all we offer. Do you need to secure extra gas cans for the off road toys? Maybe a spare tire mounted or extra tie down points because the factory ones just aren't in the right spots. Welding and custom fabrication is just one more thing we can come to you and take care of. We have the right equipment and experience to take care of your welding or fabrication needs right, the first time.

My name is Andy Hoover. Together with my Wife Alissa we founded Road Ready Trailers to provide a simple solution to trailer maintenance for busy families and business owners.

Downtime is inconvenient and can be expensive. We bring you 25+ years of experience from heavy equipment/industrial, to welding/fabrication and mechanics to help you reduce or even eliminate downtime.
Preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, major or minor structural repairs, welding, electrical, upfitting and more all handled right where you are.
Don't call a tow truck for that breakdown on the road. We can come to you and get you back on the road again. Don't have time to drop your trailer off somewhere? We can come to you anytime, day or night, even weekends and make sure your trailer is ready when you need it.

Routine Maintenance
Trailers are a collection of mechanical systems just like your vehicle is. Just as vehicles require upkeep to remain safe and reliable, your trailers need maintenance as well to prevent breakdown. Bearings and brakes should be inspected once a year or every 12,000 miles to ensure they aren't damaged or excessively worn. We will also visually inspect suspension components, frame and welds as well as tire age and condition to help you catch a bigger problem before it leaves you stuck.
​Service rates: 2,000-7,000 pound axles
Single axle-$150
Tandem-$275
Triple-$375
-Disk brakes-Add $50.00 for each axle with disk brakes-
-Please contact us for pricing on 8,000-15,000 pound axle service-
(Plus seals and any parts that are replaced. We will approve any additional parts with you before replacing so there are no surprises.)
Parts Replacement
Tongue jacks can wear out or get damaged making it difficult to hook a trailer up. Couplers wear over time as well and may not lock properly or can even become stuck on the ball. Even if these parts are welded to your trailer we can replace them for you, and in most cases we can even match touchup paint so it looks like there was never a repair done. Axles, leaf springs and more, we will make sure all parts of your trailer are Road Ready.

Welding and Fabrication
Whether its repairing damage from an accident or just normal wear and tear, we can take care of you. Maybe you want to add something that your trailer didn't come with. Spare tire mounts, tie downs, stake pockets, tool box and more. Even if you need something totally custom, our 18 years of welding and fabrication experience can make it a reality for you.
